The Strategic Associates International LTD (SAIL) which was an affiliated company of Asem Holdings Limited, as (seller) signed an agreement with the Rocky Mountain Investments Limited as (purchaser) in 2012. This agreement included the commodities transaction investment with the total amount of $20.23 Million for selling Copper and Aluminum metal to the Rocky Mountain Investments Limited. The duration of the agreement was four years from start date of the first payment in 2012 and the total return amount was $44.6 Million in 2015. This project is one of the most successful history of the SAIL however, the return of the investment and profit had delays from the purchaser side.
