In continuation of Road and Roof Construction Company in Afghanistan which is established in the 2001, Road and Roof Contracting L.L.C (RRCC) has been registered in 2018 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) as an international design and construction company which will be operating in the Middle East under the umbrella of Asem Holdings Limited. The main office of RRCC is located in the, Dubai, United Arab Emirate with the branches in Kuwait, Afghanistan and Turkey.

RRCC is a design and Construction Company with more than two decades experience in the construction industry which can provides technical expertise and resources to partners and clients on different stage of the construction and rehabilitation projects to promote sustainable growth and meaningful opportunities for people to improve their lives. RRCC expertise include; Design & Engineering Services, Turnkey Construction Solutions, Infrastructure Development, Pre Engineering Buildings, K-Span Buildings and Operation & Maintenance Services.
For nearly 20 years, RRCC has repeatedly served multinational clients including Engineering Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Agency for International Development, and U.S. Department of State.
RRCC team of 5,000 highly qualified members and more than 50 subcontractors have the proven technical expertise and depth of experience to provide the clients with reliable solutions and services; from design to heavy civil and vertical construction, to design-build, operations and maintenance, and warranty management.

  • Phase 1: Project Initiation & Concept

    The first step to the construction life cycle is merely to begin. It is easy to come into project with an idea. Our experts are professional on translating that idea into actionable items requires a dedicated project team and time.

  • Phase 2: Project Planning & Definition

    The planning stage may be the most critical, as it set the foundation of the entire project. At this point in the project, our team will be tasked to define the project itself, identify time line, budget and uncover the project scope.

  • Phase 3: Project Execution & Launch

    This is time for the most excited phase of the construction life cycle- the project implementation. Our team has great experiences putting all project planning and scoping to the test, ensure that all the team members are in the same page.

  • Phase 4: Project Performance

    Once the project has begun in earnest comes the project performance and monitoring stage. Our technical team has more than enough experience in the project’s performance to ensure that it is running on schedule and within the budget.

  • Phase 5: Project Close

    To wrap up the construction project life cycle is the closing or completion phase. Our team have performed the closing phase of several construction projects successfully from the different clients. More than 50 projects had been accepted by the clients and concluded successfully.
