ASEM HOLDINGS limited (the “company”) is a parent business entity which established on 16th August 2020 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with Registration No 226439 to engage in commercial enterprises, investment& establishing commercial, industrial and agricultural projects and development of projects, general trading activities and any other activities that may be conducted in according with the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority Offshore Companies Regulations 2018, as amended from time to time. In fact this company is the continuation of Strategic Associate International Ltd (SAIL) Group of company which has been involved in trading since establishment of its core business – construction. Initially through its construction unit and further on through oil products, SAIL Group has successfully traded with international suppliers from Europe to Middle East and Central Asia through the Offices in Kabul, Dubai and Almaty. Road & Roof Commercial Company (RRCC) which was one of the SAIL group member that was registered in 2009 at Kabul, Afghanistan and was mainly focused on Importing of construction Material to Afghanistan with offices at Kabul, Herat and Kandahar.
In addition, ASEM HOLDINGS limited shall be entitled to incorporate and/or purchase a stake and/or own another company in whole or own shares in another companies and/or commercial entities in any part of the world and/or own any freehold property which will be accepted by Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority.
The core objects of the company are as per bellow:
- International Trading
- Holding investments worldwide
- Holding investments in approved properties in the UAE
- To own & develop any property approved by Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority in UAE or any other part of the world, except as may otherwise be provided by the regulations.
- Holding investments in shares of a Limited Liability Company or Free Zone Company or a Free Zone Establishment in the UAE; and
- Holding investment in companies shares, bonds and debentures equity worldwide
